Standard 5-Year Workmanship Warranty: 

Celtic Cross Custom Carpentry Ltd. guarantees the workmanship on all our projects for a period of 5 years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers any defects related to installation and labor under normal  usage. If a defect in workmanship occurs, we will repair the issue at no cost to the client. Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, third-party work, or lack of maintenance. Manufacturer warranties for materials apply separately and are subject to manufacturer terms. 

 

Optional 10-Year Extended Warranty

includes: Coverage for installation workmanship for a full 10 years. Priority scheduling for service calls. Free inspection at year 5 to ensure  performance. Extended warranty must be purchased before or at the time of initial project signing.
